The ticket includes the historical apartments, the main hall stairs, the decorative vaults, the park and the English garden.
Opening time: the palace is open from 9 am to 7:30 pm.
Last entrance: 6:30 pm. Entrances every 30 minutes.

The Royal Palace is visitable every day except for the 1stof January, the 1st of May, the 25th of December. The first Sunday of the month the ticket is not bookable.
Full price tickets: 19,50 euro with possible addition for temporary exhibition.
Online reservation fee 3,50 Euro per ticket.

The Royal Palace of Caserta and the park Heritage Site
The Royal Palace of Caserta is biggest royal residence in the world. It was the residence of the Bourbons and of the Murat Family. In 1997 the Palace was inserted in the list of World Heritage Sites of Unesco. The palace is a splendid realm that Carlo of the Borbouns wanted in 1734 and projected by the architect Luigi Vanvitelli. Other architects finished the residence as when the architect Luigi Vanvitelli died in 1773 the realm wan not ended. The residence is very rich in details and it is presents four yards. The realm of Caserta is the perfect fusion of two different royal residences: the Palace of Versailles and the Site of the Escurial in Spain. The most representative areas are the following: Sala degli Alabardieri, Sala delle Guardie del Corpo, Sala del Consiglio, the Palatine library, the Palatine chapel, the Court theatre and the huge English garden.
Reduced tickets and free tickets for the Royal Palace of Caserta
Reduced tickets: citizen of EU from 18 and 24 years old with ID card.
Free ticket: younger than 18 years old with ID card.
Children younger than 4 years old (not accomplished) are completely free and need no reservation.
Also the following categories have free entrance: EU students and teachers of the Academy of Art, Architecture, Art History, Archaeology with enrolment certification relative to the current academic year, ICOM members, Journalists with card. All citizens with disabilities and the accompanying person who can demonstrate a medical certificate to testify the disability have the right of a free ticket.
